Agreement and the Rupay Ads Service

By creating an account, joining an organization, or using Rupay Ads, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Rupay Ads for an organization or artist, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms and act for that organization or artist.

Rupay Ads is a software-as-a-service platform operated by LBTech. It provides music and audience analytics, Community Manager tools, content creation and scheduling, social publishing, messages and comments management where supported, campaign workflows, reporting, and AI-assisted features. Features depend on your plan, connected accounts, granted permissions, platform availability, and applicable law.

Accounts and Authorized Users

You must provide accurate information, safeguard your credentials, maintain appropriate authority over connected artist and business accounts, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed by your account and by team members you authorize.

Organization administrators control access to tenant and artist workspaces. You may not access another tenant, artist, account, or integration without authorization or attempt to bypass security, permissions, rate limits, or isolation controls.

Connected Social Networks and OAuth Authorization

Rupay Ads can connect to services such as Instagram and Facebook from Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube, and other providers. A connection is created only when an authorized user uses the provider's official OAuth or authorization flow and grants requested permissions.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to connect each account and use its data. You may revoke permissions through the provider or disconnect an integration in Rupay Ads. Disconnecting may stop synchronization, analytics, uploads, publishing, scheduling, messages, comments, and other dependent features.

TikTok

When TikTok is available and you authorize it, Rupay Ads may use approved permissions to identify the connected user, display authorized profile or account statistics, read authorized video information, and upload content for the workflows you request. Availability of direct publication is not promised and depends on TikTok approval and permissions. You can disconnect TikTok or revoke Rupay Ads access at any time.

User Content, Creation, Publishing and Scheduling

You retain ownership of captions, media, drafts, campaign materials, and other content you submit. You grant Rupay Ads a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt for technical requirements, and transmit that content solely to operate the features you request.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents required for the content, music, recordings, artwork, trademarks, likenesses, and personal information you upload or publish. You are responsible for reviewing content, platform selection, account selection, timing, timezone, privacy settings, and final approval.

Publishing and scheduling depend on valid connections, accessible media, provider processing, quotas, account eligibility, and API availability. You must verify important publications. Rupay Ads will not represent content as published until the relevant workflow reports provider confirmation, but a provider may later restrict or remove content under its own rules.

AI-Assisted Features

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review generated captions, recommendations, reports, and creative material before relying on or publishing them. You remain responsible for final content and decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Rupay Ads to violate law or third-party rights; publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious content; distribute malware; spam or harass others; scrape or misuse connected platforms; impersonate others; obtain unauthorized data; interfere with the service; or use automation in a way prohibited by a connected platform.

You must respect applicable privacy, marketing, advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, export-control, and communications laws. We may limit or block activity reasonably believed to threaten users, providers, the service, or third parties.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be delayed, limited, changed, or unavailable because of maintenance, security, provider APIs, platform reviews, revoked permissions, rate limits, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update Rupay Ads and these Terms as the service, law, or connected-platform requirements change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where required, additional notice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rupay Ads is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Analytics, estimates, recommendations, and AI output are informational and are not professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LBTech and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or third-party platform actions arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Rupay Ads and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, non-payment where applicable, provider requirements, or harm to the service or others.

Upon termination, rights to use the service end. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, responsibility for content, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related provisions—will continue. Personal information and connected-platform data are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
